Haymarket's leading motoring brands are recruiting an Assistant Database Editor. The role is essential in maintaining the motoring database which feeds our websites and magazines. You will work closely with the editorial teams helping them to get our news, road-tests and features published before the competition.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research new vehicle data and ensure it is accurately input into the motoring database.
  • Constantly review the motoring database and ensure existing data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Benchmark data feeds from our suppliers to ensure reliable and accurate data is being provided.
  • To provide the editorial teams with support and information for features/news stories.
  • Occasionally take calls from our readers/users, helping them with data/valuation queries.

Person Specification

  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately.Good telephone manner.
